How to fix the Nvidia Shield Internet connectivity issue?

Shield Won't Connect To Internet issue.
- Check the Ethernet cables used for the connection. Verify whether they are connected properly and free from damages.
- Restart your TV and run it for about five minutes.
- Now, remove the power cable of the TV from the wall outlet while the TV is turned on.
- Wait for about 20 minutes and restart your TV.
- If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi password and check if the issue is resolved.
- If the problem persists, turn off your Wi-Fi router and turn it on after a few minutes.
- Wait for the router to get back the internet settings.
- Once the connection is stable, connect your TV to the Wi-Fi network.
- If you can't connect to your Wi-Fi network, refresh the DNS Settings.
- Press the Menu button on the remote and touch Settings.
- Select the Network option and navigate to Network Settings.
- Select Start and go to the IP Settings.
- Now, change the DNS settings to manual. Then enter8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 in the DNS server field.
- Sometimes, the internet may also not work on your device if the MAC address of the Nvidia shield is blocked on your router.
- From your smartphone, turn on the mobile hotspot from Settings.
- If you can connect your Nvidia shield to the mobile network, you have to remove the blocked MAC address from the router configuration.
- Go to the web interface page of the router and remove the blocked address.
- If the issue persists, go to the official Nvidia website.
- Update the firmware of your device by selecting the model. Then, click Download.
- Update the firmware by connecting a USB drive to your device.
- You can extract the downloaded files and copy them to the USB drive.
- Make sure that the USB only has the firmware files and connect it to your device.
- Press the Menu button on the TV remote and select Support.
- Go to the Software Upgrade option and select USB.
- Wait for the updating process to complete.
- If you are not able to access the internet, perform a factory reset.
- Press Menu on the remote and select Settings.
- Select the General option and navigate to the Reset section.
- Once the TV is reset, you will be able to connect it to the internet.
